Because each home is professionally built in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility, the warranty covering your home is provided by the manufacturer, not LKD Homes, LLC.
Customers who purchase a home through LKD Homes’ Lease-to-Own Program receive a 4-Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations.
Customers who purchase their home outright receive a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, where available from the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations.
If a warranty-covered issue arises during the applicable warranty period, the manufacturer is responsible for providing warranty service in accordance with its written warranty program.
Although LKD Homes is not the warrantor, our team is committed to assisting customers by helping coordinate communication with the manufacturer and supporting the warranty claim process whenever possible.
The manufacturer’s written warranty contains the complete terms of coverage, including what is covered, any exclusions, claim procedures, and applicable limitations. Customers will receive the manufacturer’s warranty documentation at or before closing and are encouraged to review it carefully.
LKD Homes, LLC does not provide a separate manufacturer’s warranty and does not modify or extend the manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty obligations are solely those of the manufacturer as set forth in its written warranty documents.
